Job search site with multiple new features that will bring totally new experience to the market: CRM system for recruiting where you can mix your personal candidates and platform users, and the interview tracker for candidates, where they can combine their applications from the platform / LinkedIn / Glassdoor and note all about the interview process, it's steps and compare them in the end.
Main page
All modules (tabs), headings and images are totally customizable from the root admin panel. Administration is able to manage everything according to their needs.

We invested in mobile first clarity and flexibility, to allow users make it happen "on the fly" in tube or on the bus. The application is well optimized for a mobile, even though it's a simple web adaptation and not the mobile application yet.

Company & Jobs management
Jobs are separated as personal and company, each job post has it's hiring client (the customer for whom the search is open) which is private. As a company job post it will be displayed from the company account, and multiple recruiters are able to be in the flow.
You have multiple steps to fill before it will be published. If you'd stop or interrupted in the middle – all the data will be automatically saved as a draft.
Candidates import & mapping
As a company or a single recruiter you're able to launch your own base of candidates and match them to your jobs later. It gives you a generic CRM system where you can mix users (candidates) from the platform and your company / personal database
First we do the upload, where you have all common text formats supported and PDF parsing feature.
It runs as a separate thread, which gives you free time to do your stuff in the middle, and don't wait the full data processing
You're all set! After the import is ready, you can go and fix mappings if you need. Imported profiles are separated from the real users, so you won't blend them in the middle.
Candidates in interview management
Candidates are shared per company, and private for standalone recruiters. There are two major statuses to launch and finish the processing. All intermediate statuses are customizable, and up to the end-user.

Initially steps are created from the template and are adjustable for each case. You can configure the meeting options, later, if it's a real user he'll get in-system and email notifications about the update.
