Foreword
Application structure and architecture is designed in a generic way. This showcase refers to an example of usage in a private living complex. To use the ecosystem for a factory, business center or any other type of private area you don’t need to change anything on the server side. It means it’s possible to only apply a new UI and launch it. For now "boxed" core is used for 4 areas to manage.
Log In
Users are authorized by phone number and one-time password from SMS. Or a social account on their own will.
Administration
Admin creates entity access items, registers residents and security staff who will validate attendance.
Resident
Each resident has his space of ownership (e.g. flat) with intermediate related spaces (e.g. building, sector) where attendees could be invited.
Security Staff
On demand in the scenario a security staff could be added. With ease this role uses the application for reading a QR code of guests to verify attendee has access and the invitation is not expired.
